The Global Procurement Centre in Cluj is an organization combining procurement knowledge, cultural diversity and a drive for excellence. The team of almost 250 colleagues is working closely with over 50.000 users, throughout more than 20 countries where Bombardier operates.
As a Procurement Analyst you will work with the Site Buyers within Europe in operational processes for Product Related or Indirect Goods and Services procurement.
You will be part of the Global Supply Chain (GPC) /Strategic Procurement department which is responsible for managing and negotiating international agreements, lead the governance of global contracts and define as well as drive sourcing strategies. You will support the Procurement organization for administrative tasks during the complete supply chain.
Among the delivered tasks by our GPC, you’ll have an important role on Purchase Orders creation, expediting, order processing and blocked invoices. You’ll manage the request and order process in our ERP system in line with the Global Procurement Processes, which include Purchase Order placement, supplier payment and documentation. You’ll be widely recognized for your role in monitoring supplier performance and support in the preparation of supplier(s) negotiations.
To be equal to the challenge you’ll need a bachelor’s degree, ideally in Business studies. Previous experience in any related field would be an advantage (finance, customer support, procurement). Strong communication skills in English and any other European language would be a great asset for the role (German, French, Spanish, Italian, Polish, Czech etc.). When it comes to technical skills, good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications would be a plus.
