The Human Resources Operations Centre offers an outstanding professional environment with career development opportunities you would expect of a market leading international organisation. We manage all aspects of Bombardier Transportation HR Services, as recruiting most of position in European portfolio, managing employee records and hiring documents, delivering global mobility services, implementing country training plans, functional global programs and e-learning modules and delivering monthly payroll and bonus reviews.
The team is working closely with all other European Bombardier sites, to create a rewarding working experience amongst employees, all along their life cycle in Bombardier.
Your role is to build incredible relationships with our business in the Nordic Countries and ensure their teams the right number of passionate engineers helping design, develop, manufacture and maintain our rail solutions and products.
As a International Recruiter you will have to manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process: set the recruitment strategy, plan the advertising campaigns, source and select candidates, conduct interviews, administer tests or assessment centres for shortlisted candidates, give recommendation upon compensations package, negotiate verbal offer and make sure all employment documents are being handled appropriately. You will work closely with the country HR Partner and functional leaders to understand the business needs and ensure optimal alignment of strategy and resources.

To be equal to the challenge you’ll need a bachelor’s degree, ideally in Human Resources or related studies. 4 years of relevant experience into a similar role. English & either one of the Nordic Languages (Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish) – at a proficient level are required. Excellent relationship management skills and ability to interface with business leaders would be a plus. Advanced MS Office skills and experience in applicant tracking systems are essential. More than that, the ability to handle constant change with flexibility and use it appropriately is highly appreciated.

As a Senior Recruiter you will have to manage white collars recruitment, as to ensure high quality of services into the agreed deliverables and KPI`s with a strong focus on meeting business needs.
